No Guarantee of Results
- También studio does not guarantee any specific results from our services or courses. while we provide tools and insights, business growth and project success depend on multiple factors beyond our control.

Course Enrollment & Access
- Course access is personal and non-transferable.
- Lifetime access means access for as long as the course remains available.
- Refunds may be granted only under specific conditions outlined in our refund policy.

Website & Branding Services
- All designs, visuals, and Webflow developments are custom-made for the client.
- Clients must provide all required assets, such as logos, content, and branding materials, before the project starts.
- Projects are delivered according to agreed timelines, but delays may occur due to client responsiveness or unforeseen circumstances.

Intellectual Property
- Studio Services: All final deliverables belong to the client upon full payment, except where third-party licenses apply.
- Courses: Content remains the intellectual property of También Studio and may not be copied, resold, or shared without permission.
- The studio reserves the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Payments & Pricing
- All prices are stated in euros (€) unless otherwise indicated.
- Payment for services is required as per the agreed proposal (upfront, installments, or milestone-based).
- Course payments must be completed before gaining access.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
- For Studio Services: Once work has started, refunds are not available unless agreed otherwise.
- For Courses: Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of the course has been completed.
- Subscription Services: Any recurring services can be canceled with 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle.

Liability & Disclaimers
- También Studio is not responsible for any losses resulting from the use of its services.
- We ensure best practices for GDPR compliance, security, and SEO, but we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or conversions.
- Clients are responsible for maintaining and updating their websites unless they opt for an ongoing support package.

Privacy & Data Protection
- We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
- Clients using Webflow must adhere to Webflow’s privacy and compliance terms.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be handled in the courts of France.
